Just a question...
(OOC: I'm going out of character right now because Lavender Nicole Gretchen doesn't have anything to say in the community currently. ;P I have a question for anyone who would like to answer. I hope I don't sound ignorant when I ask this but in Phantom of the Opera fan fiction is there officially a male equivalant to a Mary Sue? Like are there some people who write about the "perfect guy" replacing Raoul or even Erik as the main lead role? I was looking at other "Mary Sue" type communities that weren't Phantom related and saw something about a Gary Stue! Hahahaha! Does anyone know anything about that? I'm very curious because that's just too funny! LOL! :P)

*ahem*
OOC: I've heard him referred to as Marty Stu, but Gary Stu is funny! I've never actually read a male-Sue fic before... I doubt there are many out there!

Yes, I do wish to call a truce on this meaningless little argument. I will ignore you after this and will not speak to you or even acknowledge your existance.

ANYWAYS! We were talking about the male equivalant to the Mary Sue, correct? I was just curious because I thought if there were than we could find male-Sue fics and spoof on those as well! LOL. And Marty Stu is just too funny too! Hahaha. :P)

my self insertthe "historian". Each of the characters were slowly going to become posessesed by the people involved in this "Great Tragedy", which means the Historian (Christine) and the Music Professor (Erik)were going to fall in love. Eventually revealing that Eric is at once the reincarnation of Erik, the Phantom as WELL AS his distant, distant ancestor. There was to be a HUGE mystery cover up involved. GOD it was terrible, some part of me still wants to write this. Minus the sue parts of course. So in answer to your question, they do exist I'm sure but I haven't seen one. ^_^)September 16 2005, 15:04:48 UTC 6 years ago
